Shipping

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within the US continental. Standard shipping method is USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. I will email you with the tracking number upon shipment. Please email me for other shipping methods. I'll ship your item within 1 business day of received payment. In-stock items should be received within 5 - 10 business days. With "Out of Stock" items you will be notified by phone call or email.

Privacy and Security

The Serasi Jewelry privacy policy is simple. I will not share your information with third parties nor send you unsolicited communications for marketing purposes. The thought of spam just makes me cringe.

Transactions are processed through PayPal using their secure system. Rest assured that your credit card information and other personal data will be treated with confidentiality.

Returns and Exchanges

I want you to come back and be happy with your purchase! In the event that you find the item wasn't like what you expected, you may return the item for an exchange or a refund. However, you must communicate with me within 3 days AND I must receive the item back within 7 days. Items must be returned in its original package and condition. I will refund your money once I receive the item(s) back.

All items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap. In the event that the item is damaged UPON arrival, I will gladly repair the item. You are required to send a photo of the damaged item first before I assess the next step. I will work with you, but please understand that I am not a giant corporation or a "mall store." I am just a one-woman show. These policies exist to protect my interests and the interests of my other customers. Thank you for your understanding and acceptance of these policies.

In the event that your items become damaged during normal wear, I will gladly repair them free of charge within 3 months from the date of shipping. After 3 months, I will repair your items for a small fee.
