Shipping

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within the US continental. Standard shipping method is USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. I will email you with the tracking number upon shipment. Please email me for other shipping methods. In-stock items should be received within 5 - 10 business days. With "Out of Stock" items you will be notified by phone call or email.

Privacy and Security

The Serasi Jewelry privacy policy is simple. I will not share your information with third parties nor send you unsolicited communications for marketing purposes. The thought of spam makes me cringe.

Transactions are processed through PayPal using their secure system. Rest assured that your credit card information and other personal data will be treated with confidentiality.

Returns

All sales are final. Only damaged purchases may be returned for refund or exchange. In that case please notify me within 24 hours upon receiving the item and keep the original shipping box. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Because of the hand-made nature of my products and the use of natural stones, I cannot guarantee an exact replica of what you see. Please understand that there will be slight variations from the pictures.
